Shalford Cricket Club is a long established and traditional English village cricket team. Home games are staged on the picturesque village playing field and, when play is done for the day, we socialise in the village pub - 'The George'. Shalford Cricket Club focuses upon running a development team involving a mixture of younger and older players enjoying friendly fixtures against both local and touring teams. During the winter we run two teams in the Braintree & District Indoor Cricket League (Divisions 2 and 4).
